Ceramic fiber blanket
It’s a needled blanket that is made from high purity spun ceramic fiber. It is made with some standard sizes and without any binder in pure white color. It is suitable for high temperature insulation up to 1400°C.
ADVANTAGES
Lightweight, low thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, excellent handling strength, low heat storage, good dielectric strength, thermal shock resistance, chemical and corrosion resistance (commonly used acid and alkali), excellent sound absorption and excellent fire protection.
APPLICATIONS
Thermal insulation of high temperature pipe, thermal insulation in expansion gap for furnace brickwork, furnace door and head cover. Wall lining on industrial furnace, work materials of module and folded blocks.
